I have been making wedding cakes for 15 years. In my home I have two kitchens, one for my family and one for my business. My kitchen is inspected by Public Health yearly and licensed as a business. I share my home with my husband. We don’t smoke or have pets.

Making wedding cakes is my passion. I am able to do five cakes a week, sometimes six if I manage my time carefully.
My cakes are made to order and from fresh ingredients. If there is a specific flavour you would like that's not mentioned, tell me and I will make it. My buttercream icing is made from butter, not baker's shortening so the flavour is exceptional. I make my own fondant icing from marshmallows so it tastes good too. The fondant cakes are iced with buttercream first.

I make wedding cakes to the specifications of the client. During your free consultation we will decide together on how much cake is needed for your guests and what design you would like. The style, flavor and finish are chosen by you. If there is a design you would like to have, I can create it. If you are unsure about what you would like, or need a few ideas, I have an extensive portfolio of wedding cake pictures you can flip through to find a design you like. The average cost of my cake is $2.60 per serving. Cupcakes cost less.
